HILTON - SUMMERS CEMETERY
This graveyard is in a grove of trees in a pasture near the house at the intersection of Leathers Rd and Carey Mill Rd.
It is not fenced, and the markers are broken and have been moved. Three stones were found, only two were readable (once pieces were assembled),
which were also transcribed by S & J Drury in 1977. We dug up a third stone (part) but did not find the part with name and date,
along with a footstone inscribed ‘USS’. Fieldstones were also noted.
